SimplyCal is calibration software for calibrating non-automatic scales that saves you time and money. It also supports the user outside of the calibration with many functionalities. Thanks to the structured structure of SimplyCal, the user never loses track. The menu navigation and input interfaces are designed intuitively.
Order processing
In the order management of SimplyCal, all steps from the order creation to processing and the release of the calibration are organized. The calibration process according to ISO 17025 is fully mapped.
Optionally, it is possible to import the order data via an interface to an existing ERP system in the company.
- Central recording of the order data for all customer orders pending calibration.
- Approval of the calibration certificates: After the completed calibration orders have been returned, they must be approved by the authorized personnel.
- Permitted changes (e.g. address data and spelling mistakes) to calibration certificates can still be made.

Calibration process
The navigation in the calibration can be carried out without a mouse. During the calibration, the user is guided through the process step by step, so that all relevant data is entered and at the end a reproducible measurement result, which is EURAMET CG 18 compliant, is created. The next steps can only be carried out after all relevant data has been entered in full. The customer scale data can be viewed and adjusted at any time during the calibration process.

- Selection of the existing test weights
- Selection of the customer order to be processed
- Determination and representation of the weights required for the customer order
- Selection of the scale to be calibrated and verification that all required test weights are available for this scale
- Selection of the type of calibration: accredited calibration (e.g. DAkkS), factory calibration or service without data acquisition
- Confirmation of all necessary prerequisites for the balance according to EURAMET CG 18 (only for accredited calibration)
- Acquisition of the climate data and the temperature of the test weights
- Collecting the measurements for the repeatability
- Acquisition of the measured values for the eccentric load
- Acquisition of the measured values correctness and optional USP
- Calculation of the deviations and measurement uncertainties, with different graphical representations, separately for calibration and balance in use (including the minimum weight)
- Completion of the calibration and creation of the calibration certificate
