The following general terms of delivery and payment apply to all legal transactions concluded with us, including consulting services, information and the like provided in this context, even if the customer has communicated his own general terms and conditions.

Our general terms of delivery and payment also apply to all future business relationships, even if they are not expressly agreed again. At the latest when the delivery items and/or services are accepted, these conditions are deemed to have been accepted. Counter-confirmations by the customer with reference to his terms and conditions of business and purchase are hereby contradicted.
