SimplyCal is a professional software tool for calibrating non-automatic weighing instruments. Our software helps you reduce the costs associated with your calibration activities. The system is designed for Windows PCs and supports accredited calibration with a calibration certificate (e.g., DAkkS), factory calibration , and calibration according to USP standards. Calibrations are performed in accordance with EURAMET CG 18 (Version 4, 11/2015).
The user navigates the software with ease , from master data entry and order processing to calibration. With nearly 90 years of experience in the manufacture and calibration of high-precision test weights, we have gained extensive expertise in scale calibration.
There are 2 versions available for the user.
Single user license – SimplyCal Professional
Use by a self-employed metrologist or an inspector.
To effectively reduce the costs of one-man laboratories, the entire order management and calibration is handled via a central workstation.

In order to effectively reduce the costs for several users, the master data and order data are managed centrally via an SQL database in this version.
Divided into an administrative area - operator - and a calibration area - engineer.
The role of the operator
At least one operator license is required.
Central management from incoming orders, job assignment to completion.
No calibrations can be performed in this role.
The engineer's role
After downloading the database, the engineer can perform the calibration offline.
Completed calibrations are uploaded online to the SQL database and made available for operator approval.
