Without a maintenance contract, no support is provided. With a maintenance contract, support is available for a fee: hourly rate €114 (plus VAT), billed in quarter-hour increments. Tasks taking less than 5 minutes are free of charge. We do not charge for support relating to program errors.

The choice is yours: the soft licence is a licence key with online validation – no dongle shipping, computer changes via our support team. After that, SimplyCal works for up to 7 days without internet access. The USB dongle works entirely without online validation. Both are available for Professional, Operator and Engineer.
