Permissions are finely graded — separately for accredited and factory calibration. Who processes, approves and sends is clearly defined.

Four-eyes principle
The calibration certificate goes through a controlled approval: the person processing it cannot approve their own calibration — enforceable for accredited and factory calibrations.

Signature & traceability
Every inspector stores their signature; the calibration PDFs can be signed digitally. Approvals of calibrations and test weights are recorded with approver and timestamp, orders with the user and time of creation and of the last change.

Controlled change approval
If a technician in the field changes balance data, the laboratory sees the old and new values side by side when syncing back — and accepts, adds to or rejects them.
